Parent, Writer, Well-being Coach
The name of this place — highest perspective — points at the thing I keep coming back to: most suffering loosens when we can see it from somewhere a little higher. Not floating above our lives, not bypassing the hard parts. Just enough distance to recognize what’s actually here.
I’ve spent years in professional support work, and longer than that watching how people get in their own way — myself included. Parenting has been a master class: children show you, in real time, what you haven’t yet worked through. I’ve also learned that most of what we call stuck is a story we haven’t questioned, a pattern we haven’t named, or a fear we haven’t sat long enough with to recognize as a teacher.
I write about psychology, parenting, health and fitness, spirituality, and what it takes to live well.
I coach one-on-one — adults ready to look honestly at their patterns and willing to do something about them.
